Clear and reliable export terms for our cocoa powder products, designed to support smooth international trade and long-term business partnerships.

Payment Terms

Secure and flexible payment arrangements

100% Irrevocable, Confirmed L/C at Sight issued by a first-class bank, non-negotiable.
30% Down Payment after signing the sales contract, with the remaining 70% payable after a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) is sent by email.
100% Cash Against Documents (CAD) against presentation of the full set of shipping documents to the bank.

Container-based export orders

Our minimum order quantities are designed to accommodate standard container shipments.

Packaging

Product protection and identification

Cocoa powder is packed in 25 kg, three-ply kraft paper bags with one inner HDPE plastic bag, or according to applicable export standards.
Each bag is labeled with the product type, production code, net weight, production date, and shelf life.
Packaging specifications can be coordinated according to the agreed export requirements.

Order Lead Time

Production preparation and delivery scheduling

14 Working Days

Lead time after the sales contract has been signed.

Final production and shipment arrangements are subject to the agreed contract and order specifications.
